Developing women in leadership

How can women grow and develop as leaders within the church?

There's a lot going on at the moment, some of it behind the scenes, some of it more visible. Dioceses are making women's leadership development more of a priority. There are other organisations focusing on women's leadership.  Soul Survivor ran an event called Equal recently.  (Go to the Soul Survivor U-tube link and scroll down to find a talk by Jane Williams)
